These terms govern your use of After Six (the “Service”), a subscription recipe website at aftersixco.com. After Six is a trading name of D G MCCLEAN LTD, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI726037) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
After Six provides access to a library of recipes, weekly meal-planning tools, and an AI “Kitchen assistant” that answers questions about the recipes. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.
Full access requires a paid membership, billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on the site at the point of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods. Payment is taken at sign-up and automatically renews each period until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time by emailing business@dgmaisports.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law (including your statutory cancellation rights as a consumer), payments already made are non-refundable.
The Kitchen assistant and recipe content are provided for general cooking guidance only. They are not medical, dietary, nutritional, or allergy advice. Nutritional figures are approximate. We do not test recipes for allergens and cannot guarantee any dish is free from any allergen or safe for a particular condition — always check ingredients yourself and seek professional advice where needed. You are responsible for safe food preparation in your own kitchen.
Your membership is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, redistribute or republish our recipes or content, attempt to access the Service without paying, or misuse the Kitchen assistant. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
All recipes, text, design, and other content on After Six are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal licence to use them while your membership is active; you may not copy, sell, or distribute them.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, with the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Northern Ireland.
